1.0 Payment

Payment is via the Paypal gateway, however you don’t need a Paypal account. The cards acceptable are Visa and Mastercard. We also accept American Express, however please contact us for pricing. Should you prefer to not to enter your details online, you may ring to arrange details separately, or we can issue a pro-forma invoice with Visa / Mastercard, Bpay or EFT payment options detailed.

2.0 Delivery

Delivery of goods will be organized once payment has been accepted and cleared by Proton Digital.

Goods supplied within Australia and will normally be delivered within 7 working days of receipt of order. We do not ship internationally.

Shipping is by courier or registered post. The method of delivery is determined by the weight of the package.

We shall endeavour to meet agreed delivery dates, but in the event that dates cannot be met we will contact the buyer by email or telephone to arrange revised dates or refund.

Delivery of the goods shall be made to the buyer’s address specified in the order and the buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.


3.0 Acceptance

All goods delivered to the buyer should be inspected at the time of delivery. Should the buyer find any faults or damages of the goods delivered, the buyer must notify Proton Digital in writing within 5 days from delivery of the goods. Should the buyer fail to report such issues prior to the 5 days, Proton Digital will deem the goods to be in working order without any faults or damages and any claims outside the 5 days will be handled in accordance without warranty policy described in clause 4.0.


4.0 Warranty

Proton Digital will not be held liable for any damages or loss caused by any goods sold to the buyer. In the event that goods are found to be faulty, it is the responsibility of the buyer to alert Proton Digital in writing of the known faults as soon as they are detected. Upon receipt of the complaint, Proton Digital will look into the complaint and issue an RMA reference number to the buyer.

Should the goods be deemed faulty, the goods will be replaced or repaired only if the goods are still covered under the manufacturer warranty. In this instance the goods will be sent out to the manufacturer and will be delivered to the buyer once they are deemed rectified. Should the goods be deemed faulty and fall outside the manufacturers warranty, the buyer will be advised and also notified of the costs to have the items repaired.

Any additional fees such as delivery charges or manufacturer testing charges will also be passed on to the buyer. Should the items be deemed faulty due to intentional or accidental damage caused directly by the buyer, then those items will not be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty and the buyer will be made responsible to cover any fees applied to Proton Digital during the handling of those goods.


5.0 Refunds / Exchange

Proton Digital will not under any circumstances issue a refund to the buyer for any goods purchased either online or directly through a consultant. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure all items purchased are indeed the item or items which they require prior to payment. Should the buyer change their mind and request a refund of the goods, Proton Digital will deny such requests. Should the item be faulty and covered under the manufacturer warranty as described in clause 4.0, Proton Digital will arrange for the repair or replacement.
